Versatile Marinade Recipe
I have an easy versatile marinade that works for pork, chicken, whatever and makes it taste great. I prefer it with boneless skinless chicken thighs or pork chops, it makes good roast beef with the drippings as a dipping sauce.
If you're prepping 4-6lbs of meat these amounts work, other amounts just add a little more or take some away.
4tbsp Italian dressing
3tbsp Worcestershire sauce(I use low sodium)
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp Italian seasoning
1tsp season all or standard dry rub seasoning
1 tbsp honey(good with chicken not so much pork or red meats)
Put all in a ziploc slosh it to mix toss your meat in and let go in the fridge overnight.

Great way to introduce some flavor!! It’s hard to eat skinless boneless chicken breasts for 20 years. I dread them but, eat them daily. Thighs are a TREAT for me!

Yeah thighs are good that little bit of fat adds a lot of flavor. I'm trying to gain weight right now so I can be more loose with my food choices.
