1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup siracha
2tbsp butter (I use healthy butter)
1tbsp soy sauce
2tsp lime juice
Marinate in bag over night and cook next day for best taste. Baste when flipped. Can add some extra honey on top to crisp but I do not.
Makes 2-3lbs easy. I mainly used it on trimmed thin chicken breasts on the grill.
