If you havent tried the Siggis Icelandic Yogurt... Do it! Shit is like icecream thick and minimal sugar, super clean and nutrient dense... That one little cup is like 15g of protien! Iceland is one of the cleanest civilized places on the planet... All the ingredients are from there. Plus you cant beat it for the probiotic content.
I normally dont eat processed meats but thats some nitrate/nitrite-free salami and every once in a while I needs my salamis! Lol!

Aldi has an off brand to Siggis, 1/2 the price and tastes just the same, shit it probably is siggis? Most Aldis (Friendly Farms) brands are overrun from a bigger brands. If you check plant codes they are the same. I know that there energy shot drinks are packaged at 5hr and just relabeled for sale at Aldi.
