Gluten is just wheat protien... The issue is that GMO wheat gluten has high concentrations of toxins in it. GMO crops are genetically modified to PRODUCE pesticide as a way of killing off insects as soon as they start eating it. They are also designed to REQUIRE regular spraying of Monsanto's Round Up in order to grow. Profit & patent monopoly scheme. Its not the gluten, its the pesticide and herbacide that concentrates in the wheat.
Just use Certified Organic stuff and they wont have any issues.

I have one thing to say: look in the back of old el paso taco seasoning and look at the ingredients. There is one that is illegal in every country and illegal for dogs in the USA. But , they have permission to put it in our food!!?
