You guys use G Hughes Sugar free Teryaki yet? Hard to find in some areas but I order off the net from a place in NY and it comes fast.
I coon flank steak on Sundays. Usually a lot 3lbs of it. No seasoning just a cast iron and oil.
I’ll take veggies, usually asparagus and mushrooms and get them nice and sautéd in a pan. Cut up some already cooked steak (7-8oz) throw it in the pan. 1/4 cup of this shit and 1/4 cup of franks red hot then put the lid back on for a few minutes.
Fuckin fire! I love it and a good meal when you’re not eating as many carbs!

I made fried chicken breast in the oven.
3lbs Organic Chicken breast (I trimmed EVERYTHING off it, pure white meat)
2 eggs
Flour
Adobo (red cap)
McCormick Rotisserie Chicken seasoning
Lemon Pepper
Cut chicken into cutlets.
Dip in whipped eggs
Dip in seasoned flour (flour mixed with the spices above)
Dip in egg again
Dip in seasoned flour again
Place on tray (pre-lube tray with olive or peanut oil)
Oven at 400°
About 10min on each side.
At the last 5min mark, drizzle one side of chicken pieces with oil.
