Stuff is amazing and a spring time go to. A 2lb salmon will make a few meals and a box of pasta to go along with it. Don't forget to portion the salmon during prep. Helps to cook even and easier to get off skin after its done.

Salmon:
2lb Salmon Side
1/4c Panko bread crumbs
2tbs butter
1tbsp Garlic salt w/parsley flakes (McCormick)

Preheat oven to 450f. Foil line a baking pan. Place salmon skin side down. Cut down to skin into 4-5 steak sections or however many portions u want. Pat dry. Melt butter and pour over salmom. Add salt and breadcrumbs. Bake for 10 min or until fish flakes or breadcrumbs get brown.

Pasta Salad
1 box Rotini Pasta.
3 roma tomatoes. Remove seeds and gel. diced.
1 green bell pepper. Remove seeds and dice
1 large cucumber peeled and dice
2tbs season salt
1tbsp smoked paprika
Dried onion flakes
1cup mayo (more or less to taste and consistency)


Boil pasta to directions. Run cold water and cool off.

In large bowl add diced veggies, salt, paprika, onion, and mayo. Should be kinda creamy.

Mix pasta in and chill.
