I’ve fixed this so many times it’s ridiculous BUT I just tried this recipe WITH AN ADDITION...bro it’s really good with a scoop of whey

I added 1 scoop Cinnabon bun flavored whey

It cooked 10x better and def gave it a better texture IMO French toast. No sogginess and awesome crispy outside.

Give it a shot next time u fix it I think u will like it
