French toast
Not my idea but from Greg Doucette's youtube channel:
Ingredients (what I use):
-3-4 slices nature's Own bread
-8oz Kirkland brand egg whites
-4 Splenda
-Cinnamon to taste
***mix egg whites, Cinnamon and Splenda
Toppings:
-140g Blueberries, Strawberries, or whatever fruit you like ( I use blueberries or strawberries)
*** I choose those as they are lower calorie but higher density foods
-1 container Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt (your preference)
-1/4 cup sugar Free maple syrup
Calories 575
Macros:
P 56
C 73
F 2
17g fiber

Nice ! I may have to follow suit!! I am eating leftover shrimp and pasta! This sounds like a good treat for dessert!

I have a bit of a sweet tooth. There are days I'll eat this twice a day. With all the fiber from the bread the density of the bread and the fruit and the Greek yogurt it legitimately keeps me full for hours. Has been a lifesaver during these last almost 16 weeks of dieting.

I like it! I use the Icelandic Siggis Skyr type yogurts too. Kefir is my favorite for drinking:
fermented and live natural probiotics as well!

Not sure if y’all have checked out Remington James on YouTube but he’s similar with more recipes like Greg. I like both of them but Rem just came out with a breakfast burrito on his channel that’s top notch as well.
I can eat Greg’s anabolic French toast all day everyday, it’s so damn good!

oh bro i’m well aware of ole mate rem! as for healthy dieting replacement meals he’s the fuckin man a true g. BUT i’ve tried a lot of his recipes and they ain’t all that but fck it some times you swing and you miss right? not everu hit is a home run but he does have an amazing range of recipes apart from that pizookie lol i tried that and almost wanted to cry lol no bueno. but i’m subscribed to him and am so down for each new vid i’m actually about to watch the burrito

Haha you got that right! Their are a few of his recipes that aren’t a huge hit. Anabolic French toast is by far my favorite. Rem and Ankrom got a good thing going with the businesses they are starting up. They just need to keep up promoting it and they may be good to go. I’ve watched them and Greg since the beginning and it’s been cool to see all of them get bigger and bigger on YouTube. Ank just ran a serious cycle not too long ago and got shredded.
