Grilled cheese
-3 to 4 slices nature's Own bread
-8oz Kirkland egg whites
-Salt and pepper
*** I salt and pepper the egg whites to give the bread taste. I make this like I would make French toast, soaking the bread in the egg white for extra protein.
-2 slices Kirkland turkey breast sliced
-4 slices Borden fat free cheese slices
Make the bread like you would French toast, soaking up all the egg whites with salt and pepper. Cook it a little extra longer or it will be soft.
Next, I take the cooked bread and place it in my air fryer to crisp it up even more. While that is cooking, I place the turkey breast slices on the pan to give them a little bit of a sear.
After around 5 to 10 minutes of being in the air fryer, I put the cheese and the meat on the bread and cook a few more minutes to get the cheese melted.
If you don't have an air fryer, just cook the bread on pan pressing down to get it crispy.

Sick Man! Now I know how it feels! Lol
I always dream of those!! This definitely needs to turn into a grilled cheese thread. So many people make outrageous ones.

Nice! Greg D used something called becel as a no calorie butter substitute. I may order some....finding the fat free cheese hasn’t happened at my local store...I may have to expand my search.

even without the bread being dipped in egg whites - people seriously underestimate the value of the protein muscle building potential of a grilled cheese l. like 24/7 this shit taste delicious i don’t care if it’s 8am or 3am after a night out make a serious toastie and it’s gon hit that spot. a crowd fav and a muscle building gem more people need to jump on these. i unfortunately can’t eat cheese anymore but god damn when i do you KNOW it’s gonna be at least 3 or 4 of these bad boys.
stay massive fellas
