      Second those choices. Also I would add protein pancakes in the AM. Mix 6 egg whites with one heaping scoop of protein powder. Mix like any pancake mix. Spray non stick pan, pour in bodybuilding carb free pancake batter. Cook like normal pancake. Six eggs enuf for 2 whopping daily starters! Pour on sugar free syrup and wha'la best high protein breakfast ever. Will help with carb cravings as well. Taste like you just whacked a few real pancakes.

      If you like tuna, you can get wild canned salmon and it tastes almost identical to tuna and has more omega fats in it. Costco sells it for a pretty good deal.

      I see a lot of guys don't care for cottage cheese, personally I love it and get the 1% fat California style which is whipped.

      Try this, mix in some trail mix or raisins and almonds in with your cottage cheese, this is one of my favorite snacks.
