Honestly an air fryer is a must have. I use it daily. I’m cutting now. So I throw a whole chicken in there and just pick the meat off. Got pretty much a whole days protein right there. I like the mix of white and dark meat because I eat it cold and it’s not so dry. I can’t reheat chicken at all. I won’t eat it. So like James Hollingshead says if you can’t eat your meat cold you’re a pussy. That’s enough motivation I need. Say that to myself every time I eat.

Found a bunch with herbs and feta cheese on sale at the store a few weeks ago. It was a clearing the stock sale bought probably 20 patties with wild caught salmon for like 20 or 20$ if I remember correctly. Great easy way to get omega 3s in, same with cans of sardines in water just add some hot sauce or hot honey mustard for a quick meal.
