I cooked this up the other day.You can use any type tuna,I Like the albacore.
2-5oz can white tuna-drained
1-10.5 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup skim milk
4oz can mushroom pieces
1/2 cup light mayo
tasbasco sauce
1 1/2 cups no yoke noodles

Mix soup and milk in skillet,heat.
add tuna,mix (i leave mine chunky)
Add mayo and mushroom pieces,
cook for 15 so minutes..,Done
make noodles ahead,
put over noodles with a few splash's of Tabasco...Enjoy!
