3eggs two pieces if lean sausage shredded wheat cereal with soy milk
1 banana. And a chobani Greek yougurt and two packets of oat meal.
breakfast is my hardest meal to get down... for some reason my body wont let me eat untill i have been up for an hour or 2 anything before that stands a good chance of coming back up...
According to my oat bin it's only two servings, 52g carbs
I am craving some massive carbs...... peanut butter and 6 pancakes. I could kill some food right now!
1 cup of old fashion oatmeal with 2-tablespoons of strawberry preserve and 6 egg whites with 10 oz. coffee.
Man I can stomach alot once I get goin but sardines wow... I had a buddy in high school and his favorite snack was sardines and bbq sauce.. the smell would run you out of the house lol...
