Lol yea it's been stinking up the trash at work. But it's simple and they're only a dollar a can so I stock up.

have been eating .25cup oats w/ ` tbsp pb and 1 scoop whey and 10 boiled eggs minus yolk
4 eggs, 2 pieces of oatmeal toast, a cup of oatmeal or two packets of grits and a huge glass of apple juice. Oh and a glass of acai berry juice and all of my vitamins after my meal. Coq10, multi vitamin, fish oil, Advil for back. I don't eat huge meals. Just a bunch of small ones throughout the day.
kind of wierd but lately ive been eating about a pound of chicken in the morning, i have to bring my breakfast to work and chicken breasts are just easy to pre prepare and pack and i like getting a shitload of protein in my first couple of meals then just eat whatever i want for the rest of the day. basically guarantees that i get a lot protein everyday, and what do u know since ive been doing it ive gained a bit of lean mass and strength
