kind of wierd but lately ive been eating about a pound of chicken in the morning, i have to bring my breakfast to work and chicken breasts are just easy to pre prepare and pack and i like getting a shitload of protein in my first couple of meals then just eat whatever i want for the rest of the day. basically guarantees that i get a lot protein everyday, and what do u know since ive been doing it ive gained a bit of lean mass and strength
