      BREAKFAST

      I start my day with one cup (before being cooked) of oats cooked and about 3 TBS of almond peanut butter, about 5 oz ground turkey, and 3oz egg whites, and a cup of 2% milk.... I wouldn't season the Turkey with any salt as its sodium content is pretty noticeable without it. I add a little cheese on top and some hot sauce. This is my "unhealthiest" meal of the day as it is the start I can get away with the milk and peanut butter and cheese.

      For me an omelet with cheese plus bacon, onion and peppers along with oatmeal on the side and a cup of hot coffee really makes my morning move!

      Hell yea that sounds pretty good... I made the mistake of seasoning my broccoli onion turkey omelet the other morning lol shit was too salty to finish

      i havent been eating extremely clean lately but being that im gettng ready to be on cycle soon , i got my diet planned out to start tomorrow , im going to try and put some solid weight on right now and hold off on the cutting diet , so i figure for breakfest start off with 3-4 scrambled eggs , some turkey bacon , wheat toast and buckwheat pancakes along with a shake and a glass of OJ or some sort of juice
