High Protein Frozen Yogurt
I double and triple the ingredients when I make this.
Ingredients:
8oz High Protein Vanilla Greek Yogurt- or any flavor you like
2 Packets Natural Sweetener - your choice
1/4 Cup Protein Powder
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Cover Bowl with Plastic Wrap or Lid and Freeze for about 4hrs, stirring every 1/2hr or so.
Enjoy!!
Drizzle with Sugar-Free Syrup or Raw Honey if you like and top with Fresh Fruit.

Calories - 147
Protein - 23g ( depending on the protein powder you use)
Carbs - 7g
Fat - 3g
Sugar - 5g

This reminds me of the protein "ice cream" I used to make a few summers ago when I first was dieting from the 220s to 200 and getting lean. I would also add FF cottage cheese and FF cream cheese with pumpkin puree then sprinkle in cinnamon toast crunch cereal to make pumpkin pie cheesecake protein ice cream. That stuff was damn good! Thanks for the recipe PP.
