Damn cutting sucks ballz :mad:. All your meals look delicious.
Last two weeks and continuing I have this for breakfast
1/2 cup oats w/water
1 scoop banana muscle milk
Doused in cinnamon
Then I dont eat again for 3 hours.
Actually, I could eat 8 whole eggs if I fried them. But i usually scramble them and it seems like there is way more portion to eat when cooked like this.
How the F can you eat that much.
3 hard boiled eggs I have to choke down as I'm stuffed after the 2nd one, with a cup of green tea.
Carbs come later, simply have no room for them!
