1 Flatout Thin Pizza Crust Flatbread (in bread isle of grocery store)
2 Tbsp Basil Pesto
5 oz chicken breast cut in pieces
A few pineapple chunks
Baby Spinach
A few banana pepper slices
Pizza Cheese
Follow directions on Pizza Crust package (less than 10 min to cook)

Just tried this for lunch. Used diced pineapple instead of chunks and then rolled it in half and ate it like a calzone. Quick and tasty. Thanks for the idea.
