couple of questions.
1.) Is it better to reconstitute your peptides with bac water, sterile water, or the benzyl alcohol?
2.) Can I pre-load a dose of HGH / IGF 1 lr3 before leaving the house headed to the gym and take the shot post workout? It would be 2-3 hours tops before taking the shot.
