First run with it and I've read and been told so many ways to do it and when to do it. I know it depends on what your goal is, but here is where I am at so far
started pinning IM into bicep with 1/2" insulin pin. Personally don't think it's long enough so jumped back to the belly fat subcon.
doing 4iu 30-60min after workout.
on non-workout I do 2iu in AM
workout is 2on 1Off
Also running 1000test blend/wk
its been 2weeks and I jumped up 6lbs
i look forward to hearing any advice or comments
