      HGH Dosing Time?

      When do you guys do it?

      Morning after waking? Night before bed? or Do you space it out thru the day?

      I am looking into getting about 6 months worth and want to use it for the fat loss benefits and thinking of going 5iu ed.

      Thoughts?

      If you just want it for fat loss have you considered fragment 176-191? I have read this can be effective for the fat loss benefit without the expense of all out HGH if fat loss is all your going for.

      That is good to know I will start researching it.

      I would also like some of the Anti-Aging benefits of the GH as well hell what can it hurt lol.

      I would take it first thing soon as you wake up, wait 45min then eat breakfast. Then take the second half of the dose sometime in the afternoon or 45min. after your postworkout meal. I wouldnt take it right before bed, you will get your natural pulse then when you sleep.

      I havent took it much on its own. I take it with peptides.

      May want to start lower than 5iu and see how you react. I found morning shots to make me way too tired to get through the day, so I pin before bed. Feel much better, also with supplementing vitamin B helps. I did 2iu for the first month and am tapering up per month from there. I couldn't imagine if I started off the rip at 5iu, I'd be in a coma.

      I always go subQ, can't beat it bro.

      generics or pharm? if 4iu or lower id do it all pre workout subq. above 4iu id split am/pm or am/preworkout depending what time you train

      If its generics I'd say 5iu is a good start .. 2iu subq upon waking and 3iu IM preworkout about an hour before workout.. I actually inject IM preworkout in the muscle group being worked .. example for chest.. I'd put 1.5iu in each pec roughly an hour before training
