      Igf lr3 time on/time off?

      What's the typical time on and time off? I been on for 50 days and am reading to take 3 weeks off? Any personal experiences or recommendations on time on and off?

      I've heard 4 weeks on 4 weeks off type of thing ... That's what I did my first go round but junking bout adding t to my cycke of Hgh and test because I heard it is extremely synergistic and will just be dosing 100mcg preworkout on training days 5 days a week and will run it longer since there is built in off time ... Think you'd be okay running it a whole cycke like that ... May start mine during my cruise when I get more funds and to help keep gains

      Agree with most of this B except after 4 weeks you loose the affect of the LR3. Your receptors "clog up" and your just wasting money. 4 & 4 is typical. You can add GHRP6, Peg-MGF or PEG-DES--any of these can be run continually as they have a short half life and clear the system faster not building up and loosing their ability to build/repair muscle.

      I read 50 days on 20 off quite a few times .. Sound legit? I did it for 8 weeks and noticed gains all the way through, I just ran out that's all lol

      A few variables can deff affect your results. If your staying in the 20-60mcg/day range you should be ok running for 50 days. From what I've read the higher doses---60-100mcg/day will tend to clog receptors more quickly. There are also varying schools of thought on time off. I have read that 20 days is fine while others work on a similar AAS mindset---days on should = days off. Since there are very little if any sides from using LR3, I would not have a problem jumping back in after 20 off and see how you respond. If your not getting gains or they are far less, I would say take some more time off and let yourself clear more.

      I was using 80mcgs, slow steady gains the whole time, so yeah I wonder what the standard is though everyone is different, I'll take another 2 weeks off and try it again see how I respond!

      If you run Igf1-Lr3 only 3 days a week you can run it for several months without any significant receptor down grade.
      If you run it everyday then one month on, one month of is a good way to go.

      On your off month I recommend running 25mg MK-677 per day stacked with 5mg cjc-1295DAC/wk. I also take 200mcg huperzine A 3x/day as a somatostatin inhibitor to allow for more available HGH. This stack will keep your Igf1 through the roof.

      Sweet! Yeah I'm running 3.5mg cjc dac right now, plus horny goat weed (instead of huperzine.. Same purpose), also ipamorelin 100-150mcg 3x day, hoping to get some good gh soon
