What would you say would be the minimal dose to use to avoid overkill as well as get good results in the weight loss category?? BTW I am 62 yro, 5'8 currently @ 220lbs with a 34% Bf. I am trying to get the diet locked in and my cardio is 3 times/wk since my knees hurt a lot from the stress generated by the excess weight. I want to get the diet down so that is why my time table is end of may.
