So i have read all kinds of stuff on this helios peptide. Does it really work spot reducing fat. I've had such a hard time getting rid of love handles from hen i was much heavier and would like some opinions on if this stuff really will break it down.

But has anyone actually tried it? I can lose weight but my love handles are pissing me off. It's like they wont go away. I have lost 17 lbs in three weeks. About 4-5 years ago I used to weigh 343 lbs. I saw a pic of my self at my friends wedding and thought man i look gross. I busted ass and lost 83 lbs down to 260. Had a heart issue put about 20 back on but in past 3 weeks lost 17 lbs. my love handles wont shrink it seems. That's why I was wondering if i spot injected helios would it actually shrink love handles down. They don't seem to want to leave my body and I get so angry that even when I lose weight they are still seemingly same size just to piss me off.
Yohimbine helps burn fat in stubborn areas. There are different ingredients available for fat burning purposes that aid in this process (acetyl l carnitine, green tea extract, cla etc).
Simply using helios isn't going to transform your physique , with the right application it can help greatly.

I've used helios and imo wasn't worth the results. It's very potent and if you use too much you will be fried all day. Plus it leave little pockets of oil under your skin everywhere. Just take oral clen and some yohimbine for the same effect. Diet and cardio along with that will work wonders.
I used Helios from Madison James research and it was good no pockets of oil or anything like that and the results weren't mind blowing but considering you use it on places ur getting no results it was good id take it again
Im not certain of your body fat but assuming from you post it a bit high. I have used helios and it will help in those ares but not as you are wanting it to. In my opinion its more of like a finisher or to clean up when you are already lean. The love handles really dont start to go away until you are down under 15% or even 13% If you are like me and that is where you store up fat than even 10% you may still have a little flab there. watch alcohol consumption!
