BPC-157 is what I used to heal my elbow tendinitis at 250mcg everyday injected directly into the site of pain with a slin pin.
TB-500 can be run the same exact way, or you can inject it subQ at higher doses like 2mg every 3 days.
I always thought you needed to preload TB? like 2-5mg a day for 5 days, then lower it back down?
