The first day i took mk677 (25mg) i got bad stomach cramps, i dosed next couple of days at 12.5mg and all was ok then i increased to 25mg with no stomach problems. I havent been feeling the best - kinda spaced out and my blood pressure has dramatically increased causing headaches - i have started taking telmisartan @80mg but bp still high, i bumped up to 120mg and bp is better but still not good @140/90. I have noticed puffiness in my ankles also.
