holy hell took my first dose all I wanted to do was eat ?

It subsides after a while. I like the hunger increase. I take a break every so often so it comes back. I had to stop taking it before bed. Can't sleep when my stomach is making all those noises and then I'd wake up and eat a box of cereal.

yea for sure. your appetite will definitely increase. but if you eat clean and lift hard the extra food wont hurt at all.
