      what is helios ? I have never heard of it ? I tried clen/t3 with ok results but I am hyperactive so clen pretty much made it so I can't sleep I was up every 20 minutes then started falling asleep at work and all kinds of crap . dnp is helping knock my ass out for the night . I am understanding now how easy it is to overdue it with this stuff I am 8 days in started out 1 250 a day for 4 days then went to two capsules a day been slightly warm until today im getting a lil warmer sweating starting to go from controllable to just plain sweating lol . I do like how I feel on it though it is definitely a different experience .its like trying to swim with every movement .

      I have used it I think u only need dnp if u are a pro level bb I hated the sides I hope u have done ur home work and know all the things u need to take with it also keep ur carbs up or it will not work well

      I eat a lot of fruit and been supplementing Gatorade once a day . going to start running a v8 here and there as well and maybe some tuarine . so a lot of carbs huh wasn't sure about that one i'll keep that in mind from now on I will up my carbs. like I said I cut down my consumption of bad foods I eat by a lot wich is ok, I did notice that this stuff makes me feel bloated so I don't really wanna eat any way . but so far I am liking this experience . it isn't as bad as I thought it would be with a little precaution and adding a few good things to the diet .

      You do NOT need to up your carbs for DNP to work - That's just ridiculous!!! DNP is a thermogenic, it raises your body temperature, essentially cooking it's self. It's going to work no matter what. Upping your carbs will make you sweat and feel even worse!! I would also look into making your own electrolyte drinks instead of Gatoraide. Eat, clean foods and make sure to include fruits and vegetables.

      Allot of usual scare mongering going on as usual when it comes to dnp. I have used it off and on for 5 years. Low dose is best for longer periods of time.

      I will admit I was terrified to use it . just like the first aas I ever tried I am still not quite comfortable with the idea yet but everything is going very well

      There's no such thing as scare mongering when your dealing with something that has the potential to kill someone very easily. People are offering facts and helpful advice which OP asked for.

      well just for an update I ran 4 days on 250 crystal caps the jumped to 2 a day and its been almost 2 weeks now since I started cycle . sides were not to bad at first and they still aren't but there have been some minor changes I have actually dropped around 27 pounds in two weeks this stuff is insane .I am glad that I asked opinions before I decide to go to 3 capsules a day . I couldn't handle that it is pretty easy to maintain sides during the day fans ac Gatorade shit ton of water . but at night I sleep on my stomach ewith my arms folded underneath me there is nowhere for the heat to go it is kicking my ass that is for sure . I still don't have any bad sides other then sweating a shit ton I just wander why nighttime hits me the hardest .all in all though I feel pretty good and debating I was going to do a 21 day run not sure if I can make that depends if I can get my nights sorted .that would leave me with about 2 weeks still to go .

      Glad you're doing ok! My advice is to stop it now, let yourself aclimate/adjust to the weight loss and then if you want to cycle it again the same way for another two weeks in a month or so!
