I personally wouldn't run it because I don't have much of a need to. I don't compete and am in no hurry to trim up. However I can't sit here and tell you not to with some of the doses of aas I put in my body not to mention the other not so safe stuff years ago. Many people run it without problems. It becomes dangerous when you go into uneducated just like anything. If you decide to give it a go just make sure you do thorough research and monitor health and put your health first.

I did my 6 months of research lol . I realized to use any compound as this u must have the knowledge to respect it . but I do have question I am taking 2 250 crystalline dnp I have noticed an increase in heat and sweating but I don't feel any different or lethargic im kind of a big guy so as long as I am having no other symptoms shoul I try 600 a day and see how that goes . I am just asking because I know the crystal dnp has or is mixed with salt and it is 33 percent less potent then the raw powder wich means I am only getting about 200 per capsule .600 is very doable from what I have read . I might just stick with 400 a day for first run though I am listening to my body other then being a little warm I have no other real side effects then I sleep like a log now .

DNP builds up in your system, what you're taking is all you'll ever need. If you up it You might feel fine today and in 3 days you might be dead. Seriously, it's that dangerous. If you've really done that much research I'm surprised you're even considering upping the dose not to mention you picked the hottest part of summer to run it!!!
Stay where you're at, make sure you stay cool and out of the heat, drink a couple gallons of water a day and don't stay on it more than a couple weeks.

Typed it years ago , did the job max went to 400mg did 200mg for a few weeks then upped , don't really notice much till you come off , you just feel like shit when you deep into it just have to put up with it all the sweating laziness no pumps bloat, once you off you see results was happy with it , but trust your source and dose is a must!! And there really isn't a need for it in less your obese really or doing comp to get that extra fat off diet and nutrition is "KEY"

lol yea it is quite warm . and I know it builds up that's why I wanted an opinion on how this works from ppl that have done before I drink at least 1 and half gallans a day . as for the heat I work in ac and have ac and fans at home it really hasn't been that bad yet and yes I know how lethal It is . again why I have asked opinions before just uping doseage I will prolly just stay with the 400 and cardio for the time being .it may seem odd but dnp has helped my sleeping pattern from an insomniac to actually only wakin up maybe 3 times a night instead of the usual every 40 minute routine and truthfully it has been nice being knocked out . well I guess that be the answer im feeling my body . and it feels pretty good so far so good .I have done a lot of homework on it I just thought the sides would be way worse thas all . thanks for the input

Reacts diff for everyone but consider yourself lucky I wouldn't up the dose just stay on longer get that water in daily most important keeping hydrated!! Even if you feel ok

IMO if you feel good your diet and water in take are on point why up the dose? Your getting the sides, elevated body temp some sweats etc. it seems to be doing it's thing.
Don't be fooled by your AC bro it's cold but it will dehydrate you.

Dnp is dangerous, it can kill you. Stay away from it. I'm sure you can achieve great results with a good diet, cardio and fat burners like Helios.
