Thread: clen and benadryl

Got a question brothers.

I am doing a two week cycle of clen right now, but I also take 50mg of diphenhydramine hcl (benadryl) every night to get to sleep. Will this inhibit the effectiveness of clen?

Idk for sue but I always heard bendryl would clean your receptors and make clen work better. I dont like clen so I dont really know, that most likely just bro science

If anything it will enhance the clen. It's recommended to take an antihistamine to help keep clen receptors clean. Ketotifen is the antihistamine of choice for best results.

I have always been real sensitive to clen....especially when I'm at the top of my pyramid....i have a tendacy to not sleep well so benadryl is a lifesaver...and I have been told it also scrubs receptors...
