really confused on long r3 igf-1 how to mix use or does it come premixed

I have been reading a lot on this id like to try it but I have no experience with it . how do you use this compound . if it is in powder form how do you mix it . and then what dosages should be taken safely and should food be eaten after taking it ? I do not want to kill my lab rats if you know what I mean . I want to learn more about it

some come ready to go and some you need to mix. i use good IGF and dont need more than 60mcg daily. i do need to carb up after taking it and have something ready incase of going hypo but unless you are doing 100mcg of good stuff that usually dont happen

We should have threads on how to mix it and use it. If its not mixed you vent the bottle with a pin and let the vacuumed air out. Then fill it with your water very very slowly, letting it run on the side of the glass not right onto the powder. Take the top of a pin and let the air out again bc it will usually vacuum itself again.

Like everything else start out low and workup. Maybe 30-40 mcg at first. Most people inject it bilaterally, so 2 shots one into each side of the muscle group you wan to use it on.

IGF most common will come in 1MG
Say you add 1ML of AA (Acetic Acid) that will leave you with
1000 MCG/1mL:
10 MCG per IU(1 mark on slin)
100 MCG per 10IU(10 mark on slin)
and so on

i would say most dont premix so prepare to mix or just email them

I figured as much because everything I read says its extremely volatile the you gently roll around vial to mix so I am guessing that shaking it must tear the chain apart or something to that effect ok guys thanks again
