Anyone have experience with hgh. You look at modern bodybuilders and they have the big guy. To me 90s bodybuilders had the ideal physique. They used growth at smaller dosages I assume and wanted to know more about this. Anyone who knows about the old school dosages please shed some light.

Smaller doses off season (around 4iu) increases during prep as much as can afford (usually 10iu plus). Difference is the insulin use in bbing today has increased and distended stomachs do occur. Plus day of show guys carb up and sometimes each too much and that happens, lots of variables but it is not gh that causes large bellies in my opinion.Originally Posted by muscle_mass295

I'd always heard that gh was responsible for it due to causing the internal organs to grow, but I really don't know if I believe that or not...
I think the broscience word for it now is "Palumboism".

Gh doesn't cause organ growth. Elevated igf levels to extreme levels like using igf injections are what cause organ growth. Distended guts are from a combination of that and also from over eating because of high insulin doses
I believe insulin more so.than gh. I'm fixing to run 8iu a day.for 6 plus months and slin but I will do slin more frequently but at less does like 8 units at a time
I'm going for 290-300 solid
that's where id like to be around 300 solid
