I like to stack a 50mg liquid viagra with an over the counter supplement called kangaroo you can get it at most adult stores or Amazon or the net. Tried one a few weeks back the stuff last 48-72 hours. Had a nice time with the little woman last night about 12 a.m. and hammered it home when we woke up probly go again tonight. Stufs amazing

5-10mg is the medical dose for blood pressure(I think) and prostate inflammation

If you want to use something for ED because of your high E2 it will probably not work. I've been using Cialis for about a year now for my prostate and notice that when my E2 is high cialis does NOTHING for me no matter how much I take.

10mg of Cialis typically does the trick. The half life is around 17.5 hours, it can be administered daily, timing does not really matter much, just do it roughly the same time everyday. Cialis doesn’t give you boners all day or enhance libido despite what some people think. It only works when you're sexually stimulated. That being said, you have to be horny for it to work. It works best when it is able to bioaccumulate and raise levels in ones system. To help with libido, you could try ZMA and Maca. It could be placebo, but I think it helps me in PTC. I'm not 100% sold though. If you just want quick, impromptu results go with Viagra.
