I take prescription ******** and haven't noticed any fatigue lol i only take 10mg a day tho so idk if that's with any thing.

One thing is for sure my appetite is NOT suppressed nearly as much as it use to be when i use my ********. Mk677 definitely gets u hunger pangs

I'll add in I'm up 4 lbs... probably from eating so much tho... Been on this 1.5 weeks now. 12.5mg am and pm (25mg a day)

I tried it at 25mg and gained 5 pounds of water weight in a week without any changes in diet. At 43 years of age I thought a product like this would help with declining GH levels so I gave it a try.

Anything that causes excessive water retention I personally don't like or want to use since I believe it negatively impacts my kidneys (they have to work overtime to clear the fluid). Also I'm really not interested in looking smooth.
