Hey brothers got a question about igf, think about taking this to get ready for show. Don't have any idea about doses, when before or post workout, bilateral inj, or stomach. Heard lots of different things on this subjects, can anybody give me the low down. Thank bros

I'm not to be huge, like pro bodybuilding. More athletic build so going the physique or new classic. Was 233 after Christmas dieted down too 217 right now. Cutoff for classic for my height is 207.
