Never inject insulin pre workout. You are asking for a big crash. Insulin is the #1 transport for every amino acid and and food product you consume. If you take insulin pre workout the intensity of your training will combine with the slin and all your glycogen will be depleted. Then no more pump no more vascular it and blood sugar crash and no more effective training. Insulin (Humalog ;Novolog or any other rapid act insulin is to be taken 15 minutes prior to your post workout protien and carb intake so it takes the nutrients being broken into amino right to the muscle you just trained. To many people using something they have NO clue what it is for or capable of doing for you or to b your body. Be safe always use a blood meter
