Thread: SLIN and HGH timing

When will be the best time to use SLIN when using HGH? Normal I take slin in the morning and
after training. First Hgh and maybe after 1 hour slin with whey and dextrose?. Is there a best logic way?

Yes, rapid. Rapid mean insulin activities about 4 hour's or? If so, yes I use insulin which is active for about 4 hours.

I use insulin twice a day. After wake up and after training. On weekends sometimes 3 times a day.
Now I am asking me, how to time both stuff.

Don't inject slin preworkout.
