how can I keep IGF refrigerated to the gym?
Well, my gym commute is 45 mins, then work out for 1 hour and half .. So I wonder how can I keep it refrigerated and transport to the gym
Any suggestions?
Since its best post work out I heard
Planing to do 80 mcg.. Should I split doses pre and post .. Or better results doing the complete dose after work out?

I used to pin at my old work in the bathroom stalls.... Shit now days I don't have to worry about that

Likely it was already at room temp for at least 2 days while mailed to you (domestic) or a week if sent overseas.
That if the source bothers with fridges at all.

Yeah, that is what I meant. After you reconstitute it, is IGF that fragile that it cannot survive two hours at room temp without having an appreciable amount of degredation?
