IGF and stomach issues

I started igf 3 days ago, and today I had the most painful stomach pain in my life, I read that's a side effect,I don't think this is a virus since I haven't eaten anything bad, but I can b wrong, the pain and discomfort is been for 24 hrs
can anybody tell me if this is common?

Explain the pain a little more.. Like a sick feeling (pre vomit), or a cramp like pain (like you havnt ate) and a weird discomfort (constipated)..

I know some people refer to any discomfort as pain wen there actually in no "pain"..

Might help get a quicker answer..

Cause all I get it hunger "pains". But never last 24h and I work out at late arvo/ night so I'm taking mine late.. But that side subsides as u continue use.

I got pain,cramps and constipation,Sick feeling like vomiting and can't shit the whole day

Ive been running igf for 3 weeks now and haven't experienced anythin like that. I would say it's probably unrelated to the igf. Maybe a stomach bug

I feel much better today
I will start tomorrow when I'm 100 percent recovered.. If it gets back in couple of days then is this.. I can't tell just yet
