Hey guys all new to the hgh team.
Got bloods done and my igf-1 came out at 46nmol/L.
The doc said that was high due to good hgh.
Does this mean its good quality hgh or can something else raise my igf-1?
The gh didn't come from here by the way.

Your IGF level will fluctuate throughout the day. What was the range listed for the IGF test? If it is above the normal limit, then the only way to get there is via HGH.
Hey mate normal range it 12 to 20 nmol/L.
Ill book in a hgh blood test.
Should i do 5 or 10 ui IM before test?
What time frame should i do the shot?

You do it fasting (nothing to eat 11 hours before the blood is drawn). Take 10 IU and do it IM (not the normal SubQ you would normally use with HGH). Get the test done about 3 hours later. I would go ahead and get a full blood test done with HGH added to it, since you are fasting anway. That way you can check your blood glucose level and such. Hello, not to take over OPs thread just wondering if there was any other way IGF might come back high without the use of GH lab work range was between 98-282 ng/ml and I was at 378. Thank you
