Except for last night, I have had great sleep for the last week. I have slept 6 hours straight, waking up to pee usually, then going back to bed for another 2 to 3 hours. It has been a LONG time since I have had such good sleep!

I am going to be doing a maintenance dose of TB500 from here on out, which is a single bottle every other week...which makes 2 a month. It is supposed to help with all the little aches and pains and minor healing that the body takes care of on a regular basis.

I saw my surgeon today and he said I am healing very nicely, he said I am healed further than he would have expected and said I could double my weight lifted (per arm) to 40 pounds. That is more like it! I am going to keep doing isoluation exercise for now until the swelling is down more. Slow and steady so I do not have to get it redone. My surgeon said he would make it very painful for me if he had to redo all his fine work.
Here are my weights moved and what I do during my recovery. I do everything but legs every day and do legs on Thursdays.
Chest
Flat Bench Press: 15, 4, 6, 8, 20 - 130, 160, 140, 130, 80
Flat Bench Flys: 20, 20, 20 - 20, 20, 17.5
Back
Narrow Grip Rows: 15, 4, 6, 8, 20 - 120, 155, 135, 115, 65
Shoulders (numbers are per arm - limited by my doctor)
Military Press: 15, 4, 6, 8, 20 - 10 for each
Side Lateral Raises: 15, 4, 6, 8, 20 - 10 for each
Front Lateral Raises: 15, 4, 6, 8, 20 - 10 for each
Shrugs: 20, 15, 20 - 10 for each
Legs
Incline Leg Press: 15, 4, 6, 8 - 480, 710, 660, 570
Leg Extensions: 15, 4, 6, 8 - 175, 240, 195, 180
Leg Curls: 15, 4, 6, 8 - 145, 190, 160, 145

so all in all which peptide do you think helped most with joint pain. My back has been killing me lately.

I would give that honor to TB500. HGH is well known for its healing abilities, but TB500 goes directly to where the inflammation is and helps to remove the damaged cells and build new ones. This is the healing process in a nutshell.
As a note, I have recently also increased my PAL-GHK dosing to 5 shots a day. The test studies used 10...but no way am I doing that. I figure upping to 5 is a good compromise from 3.

It has been a while since I posted an update - but I am happy to proclaim I am up to 65 pounds on my single arm tricep machine press down! Before the surgery, my right tricep would literally turn off if I tried to push anything over 40 pounds. Not struggle to push it as if it were 1000 pounds, but literally not even try to push, no engagement of the muscle.
Healing is going nicely!!!! I have another appointment with my surgeon in 6 more weeks and hopefully he will fully release me for unlimited weight. We shall see.

Another update - I can do push-ups again!!!! I have been unable to do a single push-up since January. I tried to do them a week ago and still could not lift myself up off the ground - my right tricep simply would not engage. Yesterday I tried to do them and was easily able to do 10 push-ups without any issues at all!!
GO ME!!
