It has been a while since I posted an update - but I am happy to proclaim I am up to 65 pounds on my single arm tricep machine press down! Before the surgery, my right tricep would literally turn off if I tried to push anything over 40 pounds. Not struggle to push it as if it were 1000 pounds, but literally not even try to push, no engagement of the muscle.
Healing is going nicely!!!! I have another appointment with my surgeon in 6 more weeks and hopefully he will fully release me for unlimited weight. We shall see.

Another update - I can do push-ups again!!!! I have been unable to do a single push-up since January. I tried to do them a week ago and still could not lift myself up off the ground - my right tricep simply would not engage. Yesterday I tried to do them and was easily able to do 10 push-ups without any issues at all!!
GO ME!!

my main thing is that is a LOT of money
TB500 does not have a short half-life, so only 3 shots a week are needed, with each shot being 2mg. Each bottle is 2mg, so that makes 3 bottles a week for a total of 4 weeks, so 12 bottles total.

It is, but after the healing cycle is over you can do one bottle every other week for maintenance. It gives the body a nice bump to aid in all the minor healings it does all the time. You can also drop down to one bottle a week and still get great benefits from it.

Pain has returned to my hands - pretty bad, like pins and needles from just a little use. To be honest, it seems to be like it is the exact reverse of what I went through prior to surgery. Prior to surgery, I had some elbow pain, then some numbness in my fingers, they horrific burning fire when I used my fingers for more than a few minutes, then complete numbness and no pain. Well, after surgery I had no pain, just a lot of numbness. Now I am having the burning fire sensation again. I am hopeful it is because things are healing and feeling is returning. I will find out in a few weeks.

I saw the surgeon and he said that as long as I feel both the pins and needles AND the burning sensation that means my nerves are healing. Only 2-4 months of this to go...
I am taking TB500, 2mg a week. That is all I am currently taking. I wanted to stop the HGH just in case it was causing any of the carpal tunnel symptoms. It is not, so I may start back up on a 2IU a day dose again.
