Due to funds, the only thing I am doing right now is TB 500, two milligrams a week. I am also including taurine, 5 grams a day.

could be many factors.. depends on where you got them from, how much you used and how long you use them etc..

I got my bpc from apex when they were still a sponsor....worked good on both shoulder for the four weeks I used it...but pain is coming back may need another round....wandering if anyone thinks it would work on carpal tunnel??? Years of welding and roof bolting in a underground coal mine has trashed mine

Probably will not help with carpal tunnel syndrome. TB500 is an analog of TB4, which the body makes to aid in removing dead cells and repairing damaged cells in areas of inflammation. BPC works in helping nerves heal and regenerate. The issue with carpal tunnel syndrome is that the pathway between the various bones in the wrist has collapsed and is either pinching or pressing onto the nerves through the wrist. The only thing that will help that is surgery. TB500 and BPC should both help with recover after carpal tunnel surgery, though.

My biggest healing hurdles are over, but I am still taking TB500 every week to help my body heal everything else while it is working on repairing nerve damage. I am also taking 5g of taurine a day since it helps with nerve issues.

I used .3 milliliters bac water. That is all that's needed to make all the powder go into the liquid.
