      HGH - Month 1

      Today was my first month ever of HGH and I wanted to share the experience. Having read so much about the variations of dosage and timing, I decided to go with 2iu/day for the first 7 days, 1 pin, taken as soon as I roll out of bed. I decided to bump it up to 4iu/day after that. 5 days on 2 off, 1 pin in the a.m. My results, as few as they are, are these:

      Lost some bf (nothing major but noticeable)
      Hair seems to grow slower not faster as some have stated (I'm a naturally hairy dude)
      Random erections throughout the day (hasn't happened in years)

      That's about it for now. I've allowed myself a few more carbs every 2 or 3 days and the results seem the same. Diet, training, and physical therapy are still on point. I'll post another update in another 30 days or so, but by then, test will be added.

      Gains from GH are very slow but pick up in time .
      4iu should work well for anti-aging .

      I had to back off my dose. Basically I'm starting over. I titrated slowly but when I got to 5ius a day I was good for about two weeks. Then I started getting all the classic carpal tunnel symptoms. They're improving but I guess it goes to show you that this stuff is very powerful and sides can happen on a whim even if you titrate slowly.

      1 month on 4iu I had noticbly tighter waistline, huge difference in skin(comments from everyone) I looked much fuller.

      i take it you are using a generic.With the erections almost seems like some hcg or something in there. Hair and nails should be growing ultra fast on hgh and shouldn't produce sides on 4iu except tiredness

      also 4iu isn't a anti ageing dose. 1-2iu is the max they are meant to give for. Antiaging.

      HGH IS AMAZING! Whether you are using gh peps , mk677 or chinese genrics!


      You def start feeling and getting the benifts a lot sooner then 6 months, as some people claim! You should run it for a total of 6-12 months but that doesnt mean it takes that long to get results from it!


      What brand are you using if you dont mind me asking!

      I have found from past use with pharma its even worth using for periods as short as 10-15 weeks.

      I see changes always with in the first week. using gentropin and humatrope at the moment

      If taking quality genrics stacked with AAS(at least a min trt dose of 250mg/Test per wk) 4iu's will completely take your cycle to a new level. The synergy or hgh and aas is amazing. it makes all the difference! Honestly, if MUSCLE BUILDING is your goal. HGH really isnt for you. You can gain muscle but it takes considerably high doses of hgh like 8-10iu daily! Cost efficient..leave the aas for the main focus of building muscle , jimo of course
      But HGH has so many other benifts. It makes your gains a lot leaner, muscles much fuller, incredible recovery and healing...i can go on and on!
