Grinded leggs today 5 sets leg curls ,5 sets recerse legg curls and 5 sets pf squats and i am soaked like i jumped in a pool and i did calfs like donkey raise and sitting raises.limping wet dude hahahaha<br />Not sure what im suppose to feel from hgh fragmeant at 250 mcg

Had another amazing gym visit .i felt strongest today.came home from work took a 25 minute nap and did a great sholder work out even my tri ceps were pumped after sholder press.i cant wait to run my next cycle with the igf1

Ok hit arms saturday and chest today noticed more strength and adding size on areas that are hard to get to grow so im happy as hell with the results.

Ok brothers had another good workout ,i did arms today everything went smooth until my last 5 sets of over head triceps with 40 pound dumbells i was getting 12 reps and when i was done my arms felt over pumped they were burning as well.did some new angles and grips for biceps felt good burns.<br />So i stopped the mk-677 and decided to replace it with hgh frag instead.i have 4 weeks of lgd left then its only a couple weeks until my first primo run....

I watched a video of Rich Piana talking about when he used Igf-1. He said that he gained so much size, was on a long bulk. He said the pumps were insane but he hasn't been able to get anything like it since. Sounds to me like you have the real deal!!! Everthing he said in the vid, you expressed in your log. Felt a big strength boost in my wide grip lat pulldowns today but everything else felt the same.im on drywall at work so its hard to train beastly.im pushing 4 board carts with 15 sheets each so i am lifting for 8 hours of cardio or just sweat mission.i still manage to train but its not the same as when im framing.
