Thanks for the info—I’ve heard it can cause a lot of diarrhea though.

Metformin has little use in bodybuilding: "It works by decreasing glucose production by the liver, by increasing the insulin sensitivity of body tissues,^[6] and by exerting an anorexiant effect, thereby reducing caloric intake." I disagree. I use it when bulking and running a fair amount of slin to increase insulin sensitivity. Metformin is in the arsenal of most guys who use slin.

Is it recommended to use metformin along with a cycle? What’s the efficacy for a natural in terms of weight loss?

i used it cause i was prediabetic a1c was 6.9 now after taking it i love it , i take it with creatine, grape drink, and dextrose, it gives me painful pumps at the gym.
