Hey guys im about to run some BCP-157 for a shoulder injury.
Im thinking doing 250mcg morning and night near my sore shoulder 5 days on 2 days off.
If anyone has some good experience with this would be good for you advice.

Why u running it 5 on 2 off? I run it ed 250 twice daily or 500mcg prewo. I have ran bpc a few times for knee, back and shoulder injuries shit works amazing. First u notice anti inflammatory type effect then healing comes after few weeks.

Yep I do it Ed... Three times a day at 200mcg... I pin subq tho
Pin it around the area that is hurting and direcly on it. Like one day pin directly in the middle of pain. Then next day no more then a inch from pain pin it. But no more then a inch either way. 250mc is more for burses and aces, but will work 500mc is better for healing and inflammation. But Bothe can help with easing pain a bit. it all depends on the person. BPC works better doing it direct. TB500 works the whole body and should be subq. And you don't have to do 5 on 2 off but if its because of funds ok, but just do it every day... after you have done it for about a month , start to micro dose it if you can...

And one more thing. In till I started Micro. I did it at night before bed, And if you miss and skip a dose or you just get tired of pinning it that day or night . And I have been there no worries bro, just do your normal dose the next night or day.
