      igf1 des dosing

      So I recently picked up some igf1 des and looking for some guidance on dosing, location and frequency. Im really trying to add some thickness to my lats... lower and mid to be specific (tough spot to self-pin) and im wondrring if I would pin the exact area... how accurate do I have to be in pinning each side laterally? The exact mirrored spot I would imagine would be optimal. What would be an effective dose (im thinking 25mcg each side) and how frequent would I pin? Do I keep it refrigerated once reconstituted? Ive read it needs to be room temp but I would prefer info from members with experience

      I'm using igf1 lr3 right now and from what I can tell the same exact schedule works for both I'm going to try des out next. But refrigerate after it is mixed otherwise it will loose potency. Also I pin bi lateral with des I heard you want to because of the shorter half life. When you work out a muscle it has more receptors for the igf to attach to so I always pin post workout in muscle trained pre should work also. But 25 bi lateral so 50 mcgs a day is a good starting dose. Also at first you may feel signs of going hypo I did but I don't think you can actually go hypo I believe but just watch for that. Otherwise enjoy the des I can't wait to try it my next run.

      Refrigerated after recon, dark dry area in ur fridge. I used to do 100mcg pins in my biceps and holy fuck man best pump OF MY LIFE. If i was u id pin 50mcg each lat wherever u want to get a pump.

      also u can pin every day man. its different than lr3. it only stays in ur body for like a half hour to an hour so ur cycled off right after that.

      no probz bro! Thats cool man hopefully it works well for u, igf is some pretttyyy powerful stuff brother. Pinned lateral delts as well and it was crazy, unforunately i didnt rlly get a chest pump when i pinned chest. Deff lmk how it goes!
