Day 2 on Durvet B Complex (Info and Mini Log)
Hey guys, I've been feeling a little under the weather, mainly due to stress, but some odd symptoms which seemed to line up with a B12 deficiency. I've always read about b12 injections providing fatigue reduction, mental clarity, so on. Here are some symptoms :
- a pale yellow tinge to your skin.
- a sore and red tongue (glossitis)
- mouth ulcers.
- pins and needles (paraesthesia)
- changes in the way that you walk and move around.
- disturbed vision.
- irritability.
- depression.
I have recently noticed some of these listed. Bolded
I decided to go into my local livestock/ranching store to pick up a strong oral b12, but saw the durvet B complex , so I had to go with that . Purchased with no issues and it was cheaper. This IS a complex however, It's better that route to prevent an imbalance with other B Vitamins.
Shot in delt. Be weary, it stings upon pinning
(Day 1)Yesterday I pinned 1ml and immediately got a rush. After, I definitely felt more focus and energy. It was close to bed and had a hard time getting to bed, but 0 issue falling asleep. When I woke up, I noticed more being more refreshed and having a laser focus in the gym
(Day 2) Today, I pinned .5ml pre workout ~ quad. Less sting . Got the rush feeling again. At the gym - Laser focus and pumps/more vascularity than usual. I'd finish a set and still feel refreshed. That focus you feel is maintained all day. Later, I had a sense of well being and relaxation, but still feeling energy.
For now - Just experimenting with doses and will KEEP you all updated as I'll mini log it
I am a new member , but would truly like to contribute and help others.
God bless !

In the seventies I remember a Dr always giving out Vitamin B shots when sick. I thought it was to scare us from pretending to be sicker then we were? Later on I thought it was to up charge a office visit.
Gonna check out Feed store this week.
Thanks for the write up.

Day 4 - Pinned 1 ml in left delt. Irritating injection and noticed less irritating in the quads , but I never inject delts except for now since it’s vet grade. Had no issues with quad which I usually inject.
- mental clarity and energy is increased. The laser focus is DEFINITELY REAL. You just feel extremely zoned into anything you’re doing. It’s quite “nootropic” feeling.
- Appetite. Appetite is crazy high but I noticed I can eat without feeling like anything is in my stomach . I digest extremely fast.
- fullness and vascularity are definitely increased , maybe from the increased rbc?
- insomnia. I’m noticing a little insomnia as I don’t ever feel tired. However , I notice sleeping less but wake up fine.
- vivid DREAM was experienced last night Could be unrelated but I’m posting

I totally missed this one! I've been running the other b-complex one by them for a while. Such a great deal for inj b12. For anyone interested... it's been a while but 6 months ago I was still able to order this from amazon. Either one, the durvet or just b12. The b12 is a complex but just of b vitamins.
